REFIBRA™ technology
LENZING™ ECOVERO™ fibers produced with REFIBRA™ technology transform recycled textile waste into new fibers.
The REFIBRA™ technology uses textile waste as a raw material, in addition to wood.
The fibers contain a minimum of 20% recycled material, which is sourced from pre- and post-consumer waste.
REFIBRA™ technology cuts down the need for virgin raw materials.
The innovation represents an important contribution to the circular economy in the textile industry.
Color technology
The Color technology directly incorporates color pigments into our LENZING™ ECOVERO™ fibers during fiber production.
This approach eliminates the need for additional downstream dyeing steps, resulting in up to 50% less energy and water consumption, while achieving up to a 60% reduction in carbon footprint compared to conventional dyeing.
